Scope

AZOTH PACKAGING is operated by APOGEE PACKAGING CO., LTD. This Privacy Policy applies to azothglass.com, information submitted through this website, and AZOTH Instagram business communications. AZOTH is a B2B perfume packaging and project-support business.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, project brief, custom packaging request or Connect form, we may collect your name, email address, company or brand, country or destination, WhatsApp or phone number, project quantity, packaging requirement, project requirements or message, and selected product Family, Variant and SKU information.

For Connect submissions, this may also include your business type, the product needs you select, website, LinkedIn or business profile URL, and your stated contact preference. If you choose a phone call, we also collect your preferred call time and time zone. If you choose to save your details for a future project, that preference is recorded with the submission.

When you submit a Custom Packaging request, we may also collect reference materials you voluntarily upload, such as JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files.

How we use information

We use this information and reference materials to evaluate, communicate about and carry out packaging projects; respond to inquiries; prepare and follow up project discussions; use the contact preference supplied with a Connect submission; maintain business inquiry records; and operate and secure the website.

Instagram and Meta business communications

AZOTH uses its own professional Instagram account to respond to customer inquiries and manage packaging-project communications. This is an administratively managed own-account integration, not a platform for other companies' Instagram accounts.

Where the integration is authorized, we may process account identifiers, message content, message metadata such as timestamps and direction, and technical integration metadata. We use this information to respond to inquiries, communicate with customers, maintain relevant business records, and operate and secure the integration. AZOTH does not sell personal data.

Selection storage

Your browser's localStorage stores Selection Family, Variant and quantity information so that your shortlist can persist between pages. Form contact information and other personal information are not stored in localStorage.

Analytics

Plausible Analytics may be used when analytics is enabled to understand aggregate website usage. Current AZOTH analytics event tracking does not send inquiry form contents or contact personal information.

Sharing

AZOTH does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed through services needed to operate the website and support project handling.

Retention

Inquiries and reference materials that do not proceed to an actual project are usually retained for 12 months after the last communication. Information for projects that proceed is usually retained for 24 months after project completion or the last business activity. Records related to contracts, orders, invoices, payments, disputes, or records that must be kept longer by law may be retained for longer.

Your requests

You may contact AZOTH to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. When no legal or contractual retention requirement applies, we will process deletion requests. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and necessary business or legal recordkeeping requirements.

Meta connection and deletion requests

You may request deletion by contacting the privacy address below or through the applicable Meta app controls. Verified Meta callbacks receive a request-status link. Where there is no stored production Meta connection data, that status says so; it does not claim that messages, tokens or other business records were deleted. Broader requests concerning inquiry or communication records are handled through our privacy contact, subject to the retention principles above.
